Become a part-time student by taking less than 12 credit hours. While you will not get full-time student perks, a part-time student schedule might feel more conquerable at the time. You can also change back to full-time if needed!
We have lots of housing options on campus to support returning students, including new residence halls and UW Apartments. Please look at the Housing and Dining website for more information on upper-classman housing or other housing options.
Enjoy UW’s academic support by engaging in tutoring, our Writing Center, or meeting with your advisor. Find the resources you need by meeting with a Cowboy Coach or a Student Success Specialist. Find more academic resources here.
Meet with a Cowboy Coach to start to build community and find out more about student life. These peer mentors provide a great starting point to getting connected on campus and finding your community. Our Cowboy Coaches can also accomodate online appointments.
