Monday, October 19th - The Trailhead - All Day
Transfer Week Kickoff: Join us in the Trailhead (Union 114) as we kick off National Transfer Student Week! Doughnuts, coffee, cookies, lemonade, and tea will be served from the Trailhead all day.
Rotating Pop-Ups at the Trailhead: While you're getting your morning coffee and doughnuts (or afternoon cookie!) stop by the rotating pop-ups taking place all day at the trailhead. Get financial aid advice, IT support, and more!
- 8am - 10am: Housing and Dining
- 10am - 12pm: UWIT Information Technology
- 12pm - 2pm: Student Financial Services
- 2pm - 4pm: Advising, Career, Exploratory Studies Center
Tuesday, October 20th
Transfer Relations at the Trailhead - All Day - The Trailhead: Make sure you're getting the most value out of your transfer credits and finish up anything you might need to do to make sure your transfer is complete. Don't leave credits on the table!
Archery Tag Tournament - 5-8 p.m. - Half Acre Gym, Second Floor: Come compete in a friendly (or not-so-friendly) archery tag tournament! Don't forget to wear a costume as individual and team costumes will be judged, but only one team can come out on top. Registration opening soon.

Wednesday, October 21st
Transfer Swag Showcase - 11 a.m.-1 p.m. - Rendezvous Cafe Patio: Stop by our table in front of Rendezvous Cafe wearing a piece of gear from your old school, and we'll give you a fresh new piece of UW swag.
Pumpkin Painting - 2-5 p.m. - Rendezvous Cafe Patio: Get in the fall spirit by painting a pumpkin! Halloween is right around the corner, so it's time to get spooky. Stop by our table in front of Rendezvous Cafe from 2:00pm - 5:00pm and get creative. Pumpkins, painting supplies, and light refreshments are provided.
Thursday, Oct. 22nd
Fall Fest - 2-7 p.m. - Prexy's Pasture: Join us at the University's Fall Fest! Throughout the day on Prexies Pasture offices from around campus will be outside enjoying the crisp fall air and playing games out on Prexies Pasture. Come say hi!
SafeTreat - 5-8 p.m. - Wyoming Union: Especially great for our students with children, the Union is hosting it's annual SafeTreat! After having fun at the Fall Fest, bring your kiddos in their most terrifying Halloween costumes to trick-or-treat and participate in fun activities in a safe environment.
Friday, Oct. 23rd
Doughnuts and Cider - 9-11 a.m. - Rendezvous Cafe Patio: Stop by our table in front of Rendezvous and get a sweet treat, a warm drink for your hands, and connect with others as we close out the week.
