The University of Wyoming is preparing for compliance with the ADA Title II digital accessibility requirements that take effect in spring 2027. This information hub provides clear guidance for employees who create or manage digital content across the university, including websites, social media, PDFs and learning systems.

While oversight responsibilities differ by platform, the foundational accessibility standards remain consistent and draw from the DOJ’s Title II regulations and WCAG 2.1 AA criteria. Our goal is to offer a central resource that helps faculty and staff understand expectations, locate training and support and take practical steps to ensure that every member of our community can access UW’s programs, services, and information.
