Student Domestic Travel, Excluding Wyoming

Outside Wyoming, Inside the U.S., including U.S. Territories

Pre-Trip Requirements for Domestic Travel Outside the State of Wyoming:

1. Receive travel approval from the appropriate Student Travel Approver.
   1. If this is group travel, the approval will be obtained by the group leader and they should inform you this step is complete.
2. Record travel information following any instructions provided by your Approver.
   1. Students traveling on the National Student Exchange must also record travel information on the Cowboys Abroad Site
3. Complete the required release of liability form provided to you by your Approver or UW Risk Management.
4. Complete the Authorized Absence form if you are requesting authorized absences for the trip.
