Biography:

B.A., University of Wyoming, 1977; M.D., Creighton University School of Medicine; Practicing Pediatrician at Big Horn Pediatrics in Gillette, Wyoming, where he has practiced over 30 years.

Area Four Director, Wyoming School Boards Association; Member of the Campbell County School Board and former chair; Member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and former president of the Wyoming Chapter of the AAP; Member of the Campbell County Hospital Medical Staff; Member of the Northeast Wyoming BOCHES Board; Former president of the Campbell County Medical Society; Former member of the Gillette Kiwanis Club; Former member of the Board of Directors for the Children’s Developmental Services of Campbell County;

Named a member of the School Board of the Year for Wyoming in 2007; Received a special achievement award from the American Academy of Pediatrics in 2001; Featured in a Wall Street Journal article April 14-15, 2007.

David’s wife, Julie Shibata Fall, is also a pediatrician in their shared practice. They have three adult children: Robin, Abby and Nathan.
