An MBA Experience That Goes Beyond the Books

Hear from UW MBA alum Richard Maljian, who shares how hands-on, real-world experiences in the program helped shape his career. Like many of our graduates, Richard valued the program’s focus on experiential learning—from the Jackson Leadership Summit to the Outdoor Leadership Program—that goes beyond the classroom and prepares students to lead with confidence.

"Earning my MBA from the University of Wyoming was very rewarding and provided me with unique experiences. We were fortunate enough to learn leadership skills while hiking through the Winds, travel to Germany to study international business, and participate in projects with real world companies to help develop strategies that they later implemented. I am thankful for all my lessons learned and connections from the program."
