The organizational leadership degree provides an opportunity for both traditional and nontraditional students across Wyoming and the nation to earn a bachelor’s degree, completely online. This program is ideal for people who are looking to reach the next step in their careers, obtain a degree at their own rate and work full-time.
The Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Leadership program requires admission to the University of Wyoming. All transcripts from previous institutions must be requested and sent to UW for successful admission.

Internship Opportunities
Though not required for graduation, students may elect to take AGRI 4960, an internship course designed specifically for B.A.S. students in their final year in the program. The director will give site approval and will work with you and an identified on-site mentor to design an individual project to increase and enhance your organizational leadership skills within your desired field.
