Lauren is a project coordinator for the education and family programs at WIND. She
graduated from the University of Wyoming with a bachelor's degree in music education
and a minor in disability studies. Lauren has worked as a K-1 music teacher in Rawlins,
WY and ran a research study from the Equality State Research Network (ESRN) about
the engagement of students with disabilities in the music classroom setting using
adaptive technology.
She currently enjoys spending time with her husband and dogs, teaching private music
lessons to students throughout the community, performing in the community band, and
hanging out with her sister with multiple disabilities along with being a family advocate.
