Our Governing Board

The Wyoming School-University Partnership Governing Board is comprised of the superintendents of the 37 Partnership school districts, and representatives from Eastern Wyoming College, Wyoming Department of Education, the Wyoming Education Association, Wyoming Professional Teaching Standards Board, UW College of Education, and UW College of Arts and Sciences. The governing board meets regularly, four times a year, to discuss pressing education-related issues and developments, network with other superintendents and representatives, and provide feedback and guidance to the Partnership on its direction and activities. 

The Partnership and its board are grounded in National Network for Educational Renewal (NNER) ideals, including:

• Providing equal access to quality learning for all students
• Promoting responsible stewardship of our schools and universities
• Improving teaching and learning through pedagogy that nurtures and challenges all learners
• Providing students with the knowledge, skills, and dispositions to become fully engaged participants in our democratic society
