Research Interests: Christi is the divisional head of ODL and an Instructional Designer. She has completed three degrees from the University of Wyoming, BS in Biology, MS in Instructional Design, and EdD in Adult Learning and Technology. Christi has taught courses across the institution from instructional design to leadership. She currently teaches in the School of Culture, Gender, and Social Justice as well as Kinesiology and Health. Her scholarly interests and areas of expertise include diversity, equity, and inclusion, inclusive pedagogy, online education, emerging technologies, and faculty development. Christi is also the co-coach for the UW Nordic Ski.

Research Interests: Jeff is an Instructional Designer. He has an MS in Adult Learning and Technology and a BS in Journalism and Telecommunications from the University of Wyoming. He currently teaches two courses for the BAS degree, including the capstone course. His professional interests include digital education, organizational leadership, and critical thinking. His areas of expertise include digital teaching and learning; Canvas, Zoom, VidGrid, and other supported solutions; and legacy online education practices and technologies.

Research Interests: Oksana is an Instructional Designer. She completed her PhD in Instructional Technology, from the University of Wyoming, and has taught online and web-conferencing classes in online education, educational policy, statistics, and qualitative research. Her scholarly interests include teaching presence and teaching strategies in synchronous and asynchronous online courses. Her areas of expertise include online education and educational technology application.
