  • Graduate student in good academic standing in the College of Education
  • First priority given to students in programs with an emphasis in Early Childhood or Early Childhood Special Education
  • Second preference given to students who have in Early Childhood Education (birth through age eight) experience
  • Third preference given to international students

  • Preference to residents of Campbell County, Wyoming; then Wyoming; then out-of-state
