We welcome Meredith Esser to the University

Meredith Esser
of Wyoming from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. She is the new director of UW’s Defender Aid Clinic and brings specialized experience in prison condition cases and other criminal matters related to criminal legal reform. She previously served as an Assistant Federal Public Defender representing clients in Colorado and Wyoming.

Kipp Coddington joined the College of Law as a professor of practice and the director of our Energy, Environmental & Natural Resources Clinic. He joins us from the UW School of Energy Resources. He previously practiced law in Washington, D.C. at  international law firms focusing on environmental and energy law. He is an internationally recognized expert in carbon capture, utilization and storage.

We’re pleased to have Distinguished Visiting Professor Douglas Moll from the University of Houston Law Center. At UW, he is teaching Business Organization and Secured Transactions. He is the co-author of a treatise on closely held corporations, three casebooks on business law, and a concise hornbook on business organizations. Law graduates throughout the country recognize him as the popular presenter of Barbri bar prep business videos.
