Aug. 14 - 19 | Saddle Up

A new and exciting program is coming to UW this fall for first-time students!  Saddle Up is a required student introductory course that will take place on the UW Campus from August 14-19, 2022.  Saddle Up participants will move into the residence halls on Sunday, August 14 between 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.  As this is prior to the fall housing and dining contract start date of August 18, an additional charge of $220.00 will apply for Saddle Up students.  This covers room and all meals during Saddle Up for dates prior to the fall contract start date and will be billed to the student account.

Returning residents or those exempt from participation in Saddle Up can move into their residence hall room beginning Thursday, August 18. 

Fall 2022 Washakie Dining Center meal plans begin with lunch on August 18.  Need to update your fall semester meal plan?  The deadline to reduce your plan for the fall semester is Friday, September 2, 2022.  Drop by our office in the lower level of Washakie Dining Center or send an email request to make a meal plan adjustment.

Fall semester classes begin Monday, August 22.
