About Dr. McAllister

Tyrrell B. McAllister joined the University of Wyoming faculty in 2009. He came to the University of Wyoming after post-doctoral positions at the Eindhoven University of Technology and at the Max Planck Institute for Mathematics.

He studies convex and discrete geometry, with a focus on the theory of lattice-point enumeration in polyhedra and its applications to algebraic geometry, representation theory, and geometric invariant theory.
