About Dr. McAllister
Tyrrell B. McAllister joined the University of Wyoming faculty in 2009. He came to the University of Wyoming after postdoctoral positions at the Eindhoven University of Technology and at the Max Planck Institute for Mathematics.
He studies convex and discrete geometry, with a focus on the theory of latticepoint enumeration in polyhedra and its applications to algebraic geometry, representation theory, and geometric invariant theory.
