How do I access my Online UW course or eCompanion?
In the spring 2014 semester, your online class or course companion may be delivered through eCollege, or it may be offered on UW's new learning management system, WyoCourses (Canvas). After this spring semester, all online learning activities will be supported by WyoCourses exclusively. To log in, or to find which path you should follow to your online course shell, go to Logins to each system are provided on this page. But, which system offers your class? On the login page is a link to "Where's My Course," a partial list of outreach courses and their selected delivery, either on eCollege or WyoCourses (Canvas).
The list is not complete, listing only those courses instructors notified Outreach of their selected delivery. If your course is not listed, please contact your instructor.

Have you explored the Student Orientation Course for Online UW and eCompanion?

Preparation for success in online learning requires being comfortable with the course delivery technology. Student Orientation tutorials are available for both eCollege and WyoCourses (Canvas), UW's new learning management system.

The eCollege Student Orientation Course is a non-credit introduction class to your eCollege online classroom and the learning and communication tools you will be using throughout the semester. We strongly advise that you explore the Student Orientation before undertaking your class. Your instructor will expect that you have the background contained in the Student Orientation. To access the Student Orientation, log in to your Online UW Personal Student Homepage (per instructions above) and click on Student Orientation Tutorial.

WyoCourses (Canvas) offers orientations and guides, including the Canvas Student Quickstart Guide, the complete Canvas Student Guide, and a series of Canvas Video Guides.
