Have you made payment for class?
Payment for your class is due before the start of your class. To make payment, go to Pay Tuition and Fees. Students who are unable to make payment in full may confirm their registration by making a payment of one-third of the total amount due.

Where does my class meet?
Audio and Video classes – To find your class location, please visits the class location page. If you are taking an audio or video conference course, you had the opportunity to select a site at the time of registration. If enrollment minimums are not met at a site, your enrollment may be cancelled. For confirmation of delivery site and room locations, please contact the UW Outreach Regional Center in your area. How do I access my Online UW course or eCompanion?
A couple paths are available to access your Online UW classes and eCompanions used with other Outreach classes. Students can log in through the Online UW portal, or through WyoWeb. Understand that the login credentials for these separate paths differ. Follow these directions for more information.

Have you explored the Student Orientation Course for Online UW and eCompanion?
The Student Orientation Course is a non-credit introduction class to your online classroom and the learning and communication tools you will be using throughout the semester. We strongly advise that you explore the Student Orientation before undertaking your class. Your instructor will expect that you have the background contained in the Student Orientation. To access the Student Orientation, log in to your Online UW Personal Student Homepage (per instructions above) and click on Student Orientation Tutorial.

Are you using your UWyo email account?
Your UWYO e-mail account will be the only e-mail associated with your Outreach Credit Programs courses. You must either use your UWYO account, or forward mail from it to your preferred e-mail address. The university's communication with you will be sent only to your UWYO e-mail address. Review information about forwarding UWYO e-mail and filtering messages.
