Delivering education with technology

The Division of Outreach Technology provides technological support for the credit and non-credit programs and services offered through the Outreach School. The division units are University of Wyoming Television (UWTV), Outreach Video Network (OVN), Outreach Engineering, and Computer Support Services.

UWTV is the only full-service production facility devoted to television production in the state of Wyoming. UWTV provides full professional services for television and videotape production, programming, and distribution, including global video conferencing, streaming video services, and DVD and videotape duplicating.

Interactive video conferencing on OVN is one of the University of Wyoming's most popular distance-delivery services. Video conferencing provides the convenience of face-to-face meetings, saving time and money. The division utilizes and coordinates with other statewide video conferencing network systems operating throughout Wyoming and the world.
