Fees assessed — The setup fee applies to each event scheduled. Customers will be assessed the IP cideo conference fee and the delivery assistant services fee for all OVN sites scheduled. When non-OVN sites are included in the event, the delivery assistant services fee will not apply. An engineering fee is generally assessed for testing the connectivity of sites outside the OVN system.
Delivery assistant services — includes someone to open the door, make sure endpoint is connected, give the client a quick rundown on muting microphone, move camera up/down, left/right, zoom in/out. The client operates the equipment with basic functions during the conference. Help is available within a couple of minutes if a problem arises.
The "In the room" operator is an additional service in which a person is assigned to operate the equipment the entire length of the conference. This service may required at some sites (such as Laramie OVN 1, OVN 2, OVN 3, OVN 7). The customer may also request an operator (and are encouraged to do so) if complex presentations are being made, such as Power Points, or those using the document camera, etc.
