Phase 0/00 Award Winners
The Wyoming Business Council sponsors and the University of Wyoming Research and Economic Development Division administers the Wyoming SBIR/STTR Phase 0/00 Program. The program provides $5,000 to each successful applicant for the purpose of accessing needed resources to prepare competitive SBIR proposals to submit to one of the eleven participating federal agencies.
