A mandatory pre-departure orientation will take place at the end of the semester before your departure.
Consider taking the INST 2200 Study Abroad Preparation Course. This one credit hour course is taught during the spring semester.
Before leaving, you must enroll in the Study Abroad (UWYO 4000 or 4001) course. You will be given specific instructions, including the CRN at the pre-departure orientation. It is your responsibility to make certain that you are enrolled for full-time credit in this course (12 hours for undergraduate students; 9 hours for graduate students). Your financial aid and scholarships can be applied to your study abroad program, but if you are not enrolled for full-time credit, you will not be eligible to receive this money.
