Parking Enforcement

Unless otherwise indicated, Transit & Parking Services is under full enforcement. 


Summer Enforcement

Transit & Parking Services offers slightly relaxed enforcement during the summer.  Valid "A" and "C" permits are allowed to parking in the "R" parking lots from May 19th, 2019 through August 23rd, 2019.  All "A" and "C" permit holders must be moved from the "R" parking lots by the end of the day on Friday, August 23rd. 


Move-In Enforcement

Please see our Move-In page for enforcement information. Transit & Parking Services will only be enforcing major violations on August 29th through September 2nd.


1st Week of Classes Enforcement

Full enforcement begins on September 3rd, however individuals will be given a chance to acquire their parking permit. Permits for the 19-20 academic year must be displayed by September 11th.



Parking Enforcement Status Meanings

Full Enforcement

Unless otherwise indicated, parking is enforced 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in yellow zones, fire lanes, Universal Accessibility Symbol accessible spaces, "U" spaces, reserved spaces, "R" spaces, loading/unloading zones, motorcycle parking, and no parking areas.  Metered parking and "A" parking around the Residence Halls and Greek houses are also enforced 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Other spaces are enforced on university business days, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Overnight parking in the Express Lots is enforced year-round.

Slightly Relaxed Enforcement

Please see the individual details for event or period.  Parking regulations are considered "full enforcement" unless otherwise indicated. 

Enforcing Major Violations

Only major violations are being enforced.  These include yellow zones, fire lanes, Universal Accessibility Symbol accessible spaces, "U" parking, reserved parking, and all other no parking areas.

Citation Payment Options

Fines for parking violations are due upon receipt and payable by the following methods:
