Student Government
The Associated Students of the University of Wyoming (ASUW) is our student-led government branch housed in the basement of the Union.
Pokes Pub & Gameroom
In the lower level of Wyoming Union you’ll find Pokes Pub and the Gameroom. This is the ultimate space to unwind, enjoy some air hockey or shoot some pool with your friends.

The Wyoming Union is your perfect spot to meet up with friends, grab a coffee and set off for the day! From there, you’ll be ready to take on your lectures and labs, or venture off to explore the UW Geological Museum, stroll through Prexy’s Pasture, or enjoy the picturesque views of the surrounding mountains. Whether you're headed to class or looking to unwind, the Union is your gateway to it all.

CSIL Organizations
The Wyoming Union is the proud home to the Center for Student Involvement and Leadership. CSIL is made up of 9 student focused organizations. Each organization has its own concentration, mission and values. So, you’re sure to find one that is a good fit for you. These organizations are responsible for many of the “can’t miss” events that take place on campus. Be sure to get involved!
CSIL Events and Resources
There are ALWAYS events happening with CSIL. From 7220 Entertainment hosting free concerts on Prexy’s Pasture to the Service, Leadership and Community Engagement Office hosting a community service project, there is always something to get involved in! Panda offers your Chinese food favorites, fast! Swing by for lunch or dinner with friends.
Serving up local beers along with NA beverages. Pokes Pub is your very own “Cheers” right on campus.

UW’s Campus Living Room
For nearly 100 years, the Wyoming Union has served as the “campus living room” for University of Wyoming students. Over the years, it has evolved—like the replacement of the Union Barbershop and the transformation of the soda fountain into a pub and game room. Yet, one thing has remained constant: this student union brings the UW community together and welcomes all..
