June 1, 2009 -- June 10 is the deadline to register for a program that allows University of Wyoming and state of Wyoming benefited employees to save $480 on next year's insurance premiums.
To be eligible, employees must complete three components of the Healthier WY Health Matters Program.
One of the components is to participate in and complete at least two behavior change programs at www.healthierwy.org. Now is the time to sign up because there are only two programs left. Registration is now open for the Step to Health programs. Registration for the second required program will begin July l.
For assistance in retrieving the code or registering, call the Human Resources Benefits office at 766-4220.
Participants are required by Sept. 30 to get a physical examination and submit the wellness physical form that must be signed by a health care provider. They must also complete a health risk assessment, available only online at www.greatwest.com. A user name and password must be created, and information found on the Great West Insurance member card will be needed.
