For issues requiring immediate attention, call the Service Desk at 307-766-6225. Alterations and repairs to campus facilities are to be completed in accordance with UW Reg 2-1 and UW Reg 2-178 (section 3f).
Option 1: Select "Login to AiM" from the menu on the left to enter a customer request directly into the UW Operations work order system, allowing you to track the status of your request and review detailed cost information. Contact Darcy Bryant at 307-766-2268 if you are interested in obtaining a login ID.
Option 2: Select "Work Order Request" from the menu on the left to send an email notification to the UW Operations Service Desk for general maintenance and repair of campus facilities. The Service Desk will enter the request into the UW Operations work order system for assignment and scheduling.
Option 3: Contact the Service Desk at 307-766-6225 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Request for Estimate form (RFE) is the starting point for requesting billable work with a budgetary estimate from Facilities Engineering. Once the RFE has been completed, approved, and returned to UW Operations, the information is tracked in the UW Operations work order system for assignment and scheduling. Completed forms can be faxed to 307-766-4040, emailed to email@example.com, or sent to the Service Building attn: Heather Earl.
If a customer does not wish to have a estimate completed for billable non-maintenance work, they can request a Project Express, which bypasses the time required to estimate RFE projects, but still must be scheduled according to the shops' current workload. Since no estimate is provided, the customer is responsible for all charges when the work is complete. Contact Heather Earl at 307-766-6883 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a Project Express.
The Nameplate Request Form is located in the menu on the left and is used to request new nameplates as well as modifications to existing nameplates. Fill out the form completely and submit it to the Sign Shop. If you have any questions, contact the Sign Shop at email@example.com or call 307-766-5494.
Key Cutting requests must be submitted to the Service Desk on the Key Request/Return Form signed by the dean or director. Completed forms can be submitted via fax to 307-766-4040, email to firstname.lastname@example.org or campus mail to the Service Building. Questions regarding keys or access can be directed to the Locksmiths at 307-766-5397.

The Material Services Moving Request form is used to request specific moving services from the Physical Plant Material Services. Please note that beginning September 2014, some moving services are now classified as reimbursable services. Under this new structure, the requesting customer will be billed for the work performed by Material Services. Completed forms can be emailed to email@example.com.
