Dr. Ta-Tung (Stephanie) Cheng is an Assistant Professor of Accounting at the University of Wyoming. Her research examines how managerial control and incentive systems influence employee motivation, information processing, and decision-making. She is particularly interested in behaviors related to advice-seeking, help-seeking, and knowledge-seeking, which are essential for employee learning and organizational performance. Her work integrates insights from psychology and economics to address critical issues in workplace dynamics. Dr. Cheng teaches undergraduate courses in financial accounting and graduate courses in managerial accounting.
