Relevant documents and processes

The Judicial Council Rules and Procedures outlines the processes that the Judicial Council must uphold.
A Complaint may be subitted if a party feels that another party has violated a procedure
in the ASUW Rules and Procedures and/or Bylaws. A Complaint must include the following
elements:
- Names of the accussed and accusing parties
- A recontounting of the course of events leading to the complaint
- The evidence supporting the claim
- The relief sought by the accusing party
A Request for Interpretation is a formal written request for the ASUW Judicial Council to interpret how a specific clause, or set of clauses should be read and enforced. Click the button on the right for the document.
During elections season if a party suspects that a candidate for an ASUW elected position has violated one or more policies in the ASUW Elections Policy they may file an official elections complaint by uing the button on the right.
