Research
- Developing a database of genomics, transcriptomics, and physiological traits. Analyzing
‘omics data with hierarchical Bayesian analyses.
- Working towards developing testable hypotheses to explain underlying mechanisms behind
Aspirin resistance. Identified potential sites of glycation and acetylation on proteins
implicated in both Aspirin and Clopidogrel resistance using bioinformatics tools like
ExPASy and NetGlycate.
