Research Interests:
Dr. Peterson researches intervention for students with language-related learning disabilities. She is primarily interested in evidence-based practices (EBP) for adolescent student populations and the implementation of EBP for speech-language pathologists. After working as an SLP in the schools for several years, she is an advocate for interdisciplinary work to best support students through collaborations and larger cross-disciplinary research projects.
