Heather E. Webb Springer

Heather is the Associate Director of Assessment for the Division of Assessment and Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL). She completed her MA in Higher Education Administration at the University of Wyoming in 2018 and recently completed coursework for her Ed.D. in the same field. Her scholarly interests include higher education access and success for underrepresented student populations. Her areas of expertise include assisting individuals and families in addressing social determinants and internal policies impacting access in adult education, higher education and healthcare.

Dilnoza F. Khasilova

Dr. Dilnoza serves as the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) Specialist in the Division of Assessment at the ECTL. She holds a Ph.D. in Education, Curriculum & Instruction with a focus on Literacy Studies and minors in Qualitative and Quantitative Research Methodologies and International Studies from the University of Wyoming. She also earned her M.A. in Curriculum & Instruction with a focus on English as a Second Language (ESL) from UW. To advance her professional development, Dilnoza completed the Public Leadership Credential from Harvard University. Her areas of expertise encompass intercultural competence, program development, and assessment, research on professional development trends, and the design and implementation of professional development support. Dilnoza's research interests include adult education, scholarship of teaching and learning, lifelong learning, non-formal education, and international education in Higher Education. She brings a unique combination of SoTL methodology knowledge and cross-cultural understanding to her work, allowing her to develop comprehensive approaches to improving teaching and learning in educational contexts.
