COM Course Development, Renewal, & Revision
UW is committed to graduating students who have developed broadly valuable and transferable skills. As part of that commitment, UW's general education program (USP 2015) requires undergraduate students to take (or transfer) three communication-intensive (COM) courses, which build students' skills in oral, written, and digital communication.
- To schedule an appointment to visit about developing, revising, or teaching a COM course, please contact Rick Fisher, the CxC Director.
- To access relevant forms and materials for developing or revising COM courses, see the COM section of the University Studies Program website.
- If you have questions about feedback you’ve received on a COM course submission, please contact the USP Coordinator.
