Student and Family Services

GEAR UP Wyoming currently serves over 2,000 students at nearly 150 Wyoming middle and high schools, with services being provided by staff at all seven of Wyoming's community colleges and the University of Wyoming. 7th-12th Grade

Career exploration, degree mapping, campus visits and summer programming, we've got it all! Our staff work closely with students and families to ensure their needs are met. 

College Freshmen

We aim to ease the transition from high school to college via advising support, workshops, and by connecting students to campus resources to make the rest of their degree a breeze.

Summer Programs

Our free annual Camp GEAR UP is a highly anticipated event, for good reason! Hosted at the University of Wyoming, this camp is a true college going experience.

Tutoring Services

We provide tutoring services at all grade levels. Whether by working directly with a student, finding local tutoring resources, or providing online tutoring, we support our students' academic excellence! Ask your advisor about tutoring services.

 

ACT

All GEAR UP Wyoming participants are eligible to recieve ACT Fee Waivers, as well as test prep materials and post-test support to help improve test performance! Ask your advisor if you qualify.
