Camp GEAR UP
Camp GEAR UP 2025 was hosted at the University of Wyoming from June 23-26th. Students in 10th through 12th grade from across Wyoming joined us for a four-day residential campus experience intended to increase their ability to prepare for and enroll in college. During Camp GEAR UP, participants stayed in the UW residential halls, attended college-prep classes, and learned about key financial, academic, and other resources to equip them for postsecondary enrollment after high school graduation.
The Camp GEAR UP 2025 theme was Legends in the Making. Students embarked on an epic journey where every camper became a Legend in the Making! We combined thrilling adventures, immersive challenges, and real-world preparation for college life. Campers explored their unique talents, rose to challenges, and created lasting memories - all while developing skills and knowledge needed for their next big step, postsecondary enrollment.
