That's why we aim to provide high quality professional development to GEAR UP Wyoming educators to ensure that our students succeed in high school and graduate prepared to achieve their postsecondary goals. We're committed to supporting low-income students' success by providing educators strategies to keep students engaged, sharing data-informed instructional insights, or assisting educators to understand and meet our students' unique needs. GEAR UP Wyoming has provided countless opportunities for professional development including Dr. Kyle Reyes' "Lenses of Humanity," Quantum Learning's "Keys of Excellence", ACT Data Interpretation workshops, and Aha Inc's "A Framework for Understanding Poverty," just to name a few.  We are dedicated to providing professional development catered to our students' unique needs.
