It is the policy of the University of Wyoming to permit the use of University buildings and grounds and equipment by internal and external users, as defined within this policy, if such use is consistent with the University's primary purpose i.e. instructions, research and public service. The University retains the right to determine which activities are consistent with its primary purposes.
