It is the policy of the University of Wyoming to permit the use of University buildings and grounds and equipment by  internal and external users, as defined in UW Regulation 6-4, if such use is consistent with the University's primary purpose  i.e. instructions, research and public service. The University retains the right to determine which activities are consistent with its primary purposes.
