To further this commitment, the University is enhancing public access to key institutional information and frequently requested material including financials and compliance reports, operating budget and salary information, fee books, financial transaction data, contracts, safety and emergency response reports and resources, available technologies, and research information.
Providing access to this information supports informed engagement and reflects the University's commitment to responsible governance and service to the people and State of Wyoming.

Contracts
The University of Wyoming is transparent as to how we conduct business and who we conduct it with. UW makes many of its contracts, including employment contracts for key University and athletic leadership, available to the public by posting them online.

Fee Books

Research
The University of Wyoming Pre-Award Services Office serves as UW's authorized representative for extramural grants and accepts awards from funding agencies. USAspending is the official public database of federal spending and includes information about federal research awards such as contracts, grants and loans. The National Institute of Health (NIH) RePORTER is a repository of NIH-funded research projects and provides access to publications and patents resulting from NIH funding. safety reports
The University of Wyoming publishes an Annual Security Report including crime statistics, issues timely warnings of ongoing threats, and maintains a public crime log. These are responsibilities carried out at UW by the University of Wyoming Police Department in coordination with campus partners and local law enforcement. UWPD also provides daily reports of officer investigations made in response to calls received by the UWPD dispatchers.
Technology Transfer
The University of Wyoming’s Technology Transfer Office supports the UW community with the protection, marketing, and ulitmate transfer of their intellectual proerty to industry. They provide direct access to a searchable list of technologies and innovations available for review and potential commercialization.

UW Foundation
The University of Wyoming Foundation publishes an annual report. The Annual Report “Financials” page provides an overview of the University of Wyoming Foundation’s financial information for the year, including key financial statements, summaries of revenue and expenses, and a snapshot of the Foundation’s overall financial position. It is designed to give donors and the public a clear understanding of how private support is managed and how philanthropic funds contribute to the University’s mission.
