Research & Grant Opportunities

CGS offers an array of research and grant opportunities for both faculty and students, aimed at fostering international engagement and scholarship. Faculty have access to internal grants for international research and developing global research partnerships, seed funding for hosting conferences at UW, and top-up awards to supplement externally funded international projects. Students can apply for competitive internal awards to support international research.

Additionally, CGS provides information and access to external grants, and offers proposal development support and guidance. Through these opportunities, CGS promotes international research collaboration and global engagement across disciplines, strengthening UW's global research collaborations and advancing its academic mission.
