High Plains American Indian Research Institute (HPAIRI)

HPAIRI

HPAIRI is an entity that tribes and scholars can access and utilize for both tribally-driven research and for research initiated by UW scholars that pertains to Native American people, their lands, and resources.

There are many ways for the University of Wyoming and the Northern Arapaho and Eastern Shoshone people to work together in ways that empower tribes, nurture innovation for American Indian sustainability, and demonstrate respect for Native peoples' cultures, traditions, laws, and diverse expressions of sovereignty.

HPAIRI staff members look forward to the opportunity to talk with you about your interests and ideas. Please contact us at 307.766.8967 or HPAIRI@uwyo.edu.
