She uses a combination of quantitative and qualitative approaches and methodologies to examine consumer experiences, servicescapes, and transformative consumer research with applications for consumer journeys, extraordinary and transformative experiences, and services marketing. Amanda is a Wyoming native with an amazing family that are a source of inspiration for her research. She has spent nearly a decade in the arena of combat sports as a coach, referee, and participant through her family’s involvement with boxing; these personal observations and experiences helped to inspire the marketing and consumer research questions she passionately pursues.
