Navigate 360 is a student success platform designed to help you stay organized, connect with advisors and campus resources, schedule appointments, and plan your academic journey at UW.
You can log in using your UW credentials in any of the following ways:
- Website: uwyo.navigate.eab.com
- Mobile App: Download Navigate Student from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Search for “University of Wyoming” to connect your account.
You can also log in to Navigate using a browser at any time.

- Career Services
- Tutoring and Learning Support
- Financial Aid
- Wellness and Student Life
- Log into Navigate 360
- Click “Appointments” or “Schedule an Appointment”
- Choose the type of appointment (e.g., Academic Advising)
- Select a location, service, and staff member (if preferred)
- Pick an available time slot
- Confirm the appointment and check your email for confirmation
Try selecting a broader category of service or contact your college or school directly if the option isn’t available. You can also email navigate@uwyo.edu for help.

- Go to the “Appointments” tab
- Select your upcoming appointment
- Choose “Cancel” or “Reschedule” and follow the prompts
- Schedule appointments with academic advisors, tutors, and other support staff
- View your class schedule and important deadlines
- Get reminders for upcoming tasks and events
- Explore your academic path and progress
- Access personalized to-do lists and resources
This section shows upcoming tasks, deadlines, and personalized reminders like registration dates or financial aid notices. These can help you stay on top of important academic and campus responsibilities.
Navigate 360 gives you tools to plan your course schedule and visualize your path toward graduation. You can explore degree requirements and monitor your academic progress.
