More than $400 has been awarded to those who have successfully submitted organizations to be added to the UW Engagement Database Project.
University staff and faculty members can receive $20 gift certificates from the UW Bookstore by helping identify and add new programs to database.
"The UW Engagement Database (www.uwyo.edu/uwengage) is a tool to help us connect people with university engagement resources," says Duane Williams, associate director of the UW Cooperative Extension Service and project originator. "The purpose of the participant reward is to utilize everyone's knowledge of public engagement activities to help make the database more comprehensive and useful."
Twenty organizations have been added, representing nearly a 40-percent expansion. Due to its success, Williams is extending the Participant Reward Program.
