"What I like most about working at UW is helping support students throughout their academic journeys, whether helping them find a major or pick out classes to take," Gerharter says. "It's very fulfilling to see students get excited about learning. I also love being part of the Division of Student Affairs - it's inspiring to work with such an energetic, student-focused, positive group of colleagues."

The Outstanding Staff Employee of the Quarter award recognizes UW staff members for their efforts toward excellence in the workplace.

Nominees can be any UW staff employee and must receive three nomination forms from three separate individuals. Nominations must be submitted to the Staff Senate office. The forms are on the web at http://uwadmnweb.uwyo.edu/StaffSenate/EOQ.asp.
