"Unlock Your Potential with Internal Martial Training" is the subject of a presentation at 7 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 28, in the University of Wyoming College of Education gymnasium.
Tim Sheehan, chief instructor of the Wyoming Chapter of Modern Arnis, will discuss how to move life forward with Chinese martial arts through personal development and self defense. Sheehan is a 43-year veteran of Chinese, Filipino, Indian and Indonesian martial arts.
