University of Wyoming Residence Life & Dining Services will accept applications beginning Wednesday, Feb. 1, for the new UW Bison Run Village Apartments.
Now being constructed on the east end of campus, the new apartments are open to all current and incoming UW students who will be sophomores or above in fall 2012.
"We want to offer students a variety of on-campus living options," says Patrick Call, Residence Life & Dining Services executive director. "These new apartments will meet a need for continuing students, as well as incoming transfer and graduate students."
The Bison Run Village Apartments will feature shared kitchen, dining, and living room spaces with single and private bedrooms. The bathrooms will be private, or shared with one other roommate. The apartments will be fully furnished, and include a full-size bed, desk and a dresser in every bedroom.
The apartments will be rented by the bedroom, rather than by the apartment unit. Rent will range from $399 to $435 a month and includes Internet, basic cable, phone service, basic utilities and a utility allowance for gas and electricity.
