Enhanced Oil Recovery Commission to Hold Special Meeting Tuesday

April 6, 2012

The state's Enhanced Oil Recovery Commission will meet via teleconference from 3:30-4:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 10. The special meeting is open to the public at the Enhanced Oil Recovery Institute (EORI) office in the University of Wyoming S.H. Knight Geology Building.

The EORC agenda will include a review of the budget, the proposed spending for lab equipment and vote on the equipment proposal.

For more information, call Kathy Olson, EORI office manager, at (307) 766-2791 or email KAOlson@uwyo.edu.

The EORC is funded by the state of Wyoming to support the EORI at UW. In addition to its aggressive research agenda, EORI engages in cooperative and contractual agreements with independent producers, and offers short courses, workshops and technical outreach meetings to assist in the transfer of current EOR technologies to Wyoming producers.
