Most University of Wyoming business and administrative offices will be closed and classes dismissed Monday, Jan. 20, for Martin Luther King Jr./Wyoming Equality Day. Normal business hours and class times will resume Tuesday, Jan. 21.
Coe Library will be open from noon-4 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 18, and will be closed both Sunday and Monday, Jan. 19-20.
Half Acre Gym will be open Monday from noon-8 p.m. and the pool is open from noon-4 p.m.
The UW Geological Museum is open from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 18, and will be closed Sunday and Monday.
The UW Art Museum is closed to prepare for spring semester exhibitions and will reopen Friday, Jan. 31, with a reception for spring semester exhibitions at 6 p.m. Regular museum hours resume Saturday, Feb. 1.
The university and community holiday observance is highlighted Monday with a national day of service that begins at 1 p.m. in the Union Skylight Lounge. The annual MLK march begins at 4 p.m. Monday at the Albany County Courthouse and ends at the Wyoming Union Yellowstone Ballroom. The free Willena Stanford Supper begins at 4:45 p.m. in the ballroom.
