Up-to-date information on how to help students and fun Wyoming facts will be presented at the University of Wyoming's Frontline Connections Wednesday and Thursday, Aug. 19-20, in Room 21 of the UW College of Business Building.
The sessions are from 9:30-11:30 a.m. Aug. 19 and from 1:30-3:30 p.m. Aug. 20. Both sessions will cover the same material, so attendees only need to plan for one. The Aug. 19 session will be available to outreach attendees. Door prizes will be awarded.
“We will learn about the great services available to our students while we celebrate the 125th anniversary of Wyoming’s statehood,” says event organizer Renee Ballard. “Individuals new to campus or those who want to be updated on the latest information to promptly answer questions correctly are encouraged to attend.”
Frontline Connections is an information-sharing event for frontline professionals to receive updates about various programming, staffing, contact information and campus resources so that information relayed to students is consistent and accurate.
Representatives of the Office of the Registrar, Admissions, Advising and Career Services, Residence Life and Dining Services, Auxiliary Services, Student Health and other departments will present brief overviews offering important information and changes that pertain to their respective units.
For more information, call Ballard at (307) 766-3125.
