Biological and Physical Sciences Buildings (Shepard Construction, Rawlins; January 2017) -- Replacement of the Biological Sciences northeast entrance and Physical Sciences southwest entrance is in progress and scheduled to be completed during January. Card swipes will be added to the new entrances once they are complete. Please be cautious of crews and equipment around this area.

Wyoming State Vet Chemistry Lab (UW Plumbing Shop) -- Additional finn tube radiation heat will be added in the west lobby. The existing heating unit will need to be shut down for a half day to tie in. Use caution around the work area.

Ross Hall (UW Operations and Marshall Contracting, Laramie; January 2017) -- Construction of the west stair ramp is ongoing, with an anticipated completion date of Jan. 20.

Education Building (Arcon Inc., Laramie; August 2017) -- Construction is ongoing for the Education Building window replacement project. Scaffolding will remain on the south side of the building to enable ongoing awning repairs. Work will resume over the winter closure on the south side of the second floor and southeast corner of the basement. Replacement of these windows is expected to improve energy efficiency and occupant comfort. Please be cautious of crews and equipment in the area.

Agriculture Building (Mastec, Denver, Colo.; November 2016) -- Installation of an AT&T Cellular site on the east roof of the building is nearing completion. The contractor is awaiting the arrival of 4-D equipment to complete the project. Please be cautious of work crews and equipment in the area.

High Bay Research Facility (Haselden Wyoming Constructors, Laramie; scheduled completion Jan. 4, 2017) -- Construction of the building is substantially complete, with resolution of punch-list items ongoing. Installation of furniture and owner-provided equipment is underway. Final preparations for laboratory occupancy are being completed, with equipment moves scheduled to begin next week.

Engineering Education and Research Building (EERB) (Construction manager GE Johnson Construction Wyoming, Casper; spring 2019) -- Deep foundations are complete. Wyoming State Vet Lab Renovations (BSL-3) (General contractor Sampson Construction, Cheyenne; June 2017) -- Wall framing and topping out, plumbing, electrical and ductwork rough-ins continue. Lab mock-up ceilings have been accepted, so remaining BSL-3 framing can be completed. Concrete slab and stairs in the addition are complete, with exterior wall framing continuing. A punch list will be issued for the new cage wash area, as reconstruction is 90 percent complete. New EDS vent line and room damper actuators are being installed in the existing incinerator room. The concourse will be renovated to provide improved concession areas, merchandise areas, restrooms, way finding and an upgraded appearance. A new central ticket office will be created to serve the A-A as well as War Memorial Stadium. A concession commissary will be developed within the southeast portion of the addition to serve the A-A, War Memorial Stadium and other athletics events. A limited-use elevator will be installed to provide access for patrons seated on or near the arena floor. A new smoke evacuation system also will be installed within the facility.
