The University of Wyoming Trustees Education Initiative (TEI) Board is scheduled to meet Tuesday, Oct. 17, at noon in Salons D and E of the Marian H. Rochelle Gateway Center. The meeting is open to the public.
The board will review innovation proposals from the TEI research work groups.
The TEI was established by the UW Board of Trustees in fall 2014 to “elevate the UW College of Education to national pre-eminent status in professional educator preparation, ultimately to improve and enhance K-12 education in Wyoming.”
The TEI Board is composed of trustees, UW administrators, College of Education representatives, Wyoming K-12 educators, first lady Carol Mead, external members and others.
The TEI invites members of the public to submit innovation ideas by going to its website at www.uwyo.edu/trust_edu_init/index.html. Click on the “Brief Online Innovation Idea Submission Form” link on the home page.
