The University of Wyoming’s new training system, Employee LearnCenter, is now live.
All of the human resources trainings and WyoCloud training have been migrated from their previous locations into the Employee LearnCenter. Additional types of employee training will be transitioned to the LearnCenter in the coming months, as UW continues to migrate all employee training into this central location that allows for clear, comprehensive reporting and records of employee training.
To access the Employee LearnCenter, click the link within the WyoCloud area on WyoWeb.
In addition to a better user experience for online training, LearnCenter includes new reporting functionality to track employee training. Managers will have the ability to check their employees’ training progress and status online in the Employee LearnCenter.
Several quick reference guides have been developed to show you how to use the LearnCenter. A short LearnCenter 101 video also is available on the WyoCloud Knowledge Base to walk through key features and functionality offered in the Employee LearnCenter.
Historical training records previously stored in HRMS and WyoCloud training have been transcribed on the My Transcript page within the Employee LearnCenter. For more details on what this means for your training record, see this article on the WyoCloud Knowledge Base.
