The WyoCloud team at the University of Wyoming has established a new go-live date for UW’s Human Capital Management (HCM) system.
WyoCloud HCM will replace UW’s current Human Resources system (HRMS) Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2019.
In HCM, you will be able to view your paycheck, access your W-2, update your personal information, complete performance evaluations and much more.
By extending the timeline on this project, the WyoCloud team will have additional time to prepare campus to transition to this system by providing additional training, deep dives and in-person sessions. As the system is in an advanced stage of development, before it goes live, campus users will be able to train in a testing environment that mirrors the production version of HCM.
Further, the last WyoCloud campus engagement survey showed that campus is feeling a high level of change saturation at this time, and campus end users requested more time to train in the new system before going live. The new go-live date provides a greater opportunity to address this feedback.
Even before beginning this implementation, the WyoCloud team redefined this project implementation by including more campus users in the system testing sessions, including campus users in the extended core team, and demonstrating the full system and all related processes to a select group of users. These changes also will assist campus with the transition to the new system.
