The University of Wyoming’s “Great Colleges to Work For” Task Force will host a town-hall meeting to present findings from the 2018 survey Friday, Dec. 7, from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. in the Wyoming Union Ballroom.
Members of the faculty, staff and administration are invited to attend and participate in a discussion about the results and contribute their ideas to the development of an action plan to address concerns raised in the report.
An hour and a half of release time will be granted to allow employees to take part. A recording of the town hall also will be available on WyoCast following the meeting.
A final report of the findings from the survey will be released later this week. The report expands upon the preliminary report released in October. It incorporates the findings of a qualitative analysis of the survey’s open-ended responses and scores for the 60 scaled-response belief statements. The summary included in the report highlights some of the main areas of concern that emerged among the data.
